TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All bookings will require a non-refundable deposit of £100 per person at the time of reservation. All balances due must be paid in full at least 4 weeks before the date of arrival. We accept cash (sterling or euros), UK cheque, or most major credit cards in the UK.

Bed linen, bath towels and dressing gowns are supplied for our guests, but it is recommended that you bring bathing towels, indoor shoes or slippers and something warm for the evenings (even in the summer, as we are in the mountains!)

Breakfast and an evening meal with wine and coffee are provided every day, except on Thursday evening when guests will be taken to and collected from to a local destination for the opportunity to sample the regional cusine (at their own expense).

We will provide tea or coffee during the day and after dinner. Guests are welcome to supply their own drinks (alcoholic or otherwise) for consumption during their stay.

If you have any particular dietary or medical needs, please advise us at the time of booking. We will do our utmost to cater for all guests requirments.

All activities are undertaken at the guests own risk and suitable insurance is strongly recommended (compulsory for snow sports). For any activites that are conducted through a third party, the contract is made at the time of booking the activity between the two relevant parties and is not in any way the responsibility of the hosts at "Le Turounet".

We regret that certain activites may not always be available or possible, due to prevailing conditions or exceptional circumstances, and no guarantees are made or implied in this respect.
